Coding programs made me appreciate simple things. Why?
It is easier for the user to use the program than for the user to construct the logic behind the program. The realization of how complex the algorithms can get makes a programmer happy when he is a user of other programs.
That being said, let us understand that behind simple objects (we see) today, there is this deep complexity in the design that only God knows. Let us be thankful that a wide range of objects objects were constructed by God and that he knows just what objects we need. =)
And of course...life is more than material.
