I thank God that I came across Joshua Harris' Not even a hint. It is a book which talks about lust and guarding your heart against lust. And you know what? He actually quoted from John Piper's Future Grace. Good works just keep coming up to bring glory to God. =)
My friend, a perfectionist, said something which left an impression in me.
"An extra space or what in written reports are absolutely unacceptable."
I think a Christian ought to have a similar attitude like that when he wages war with the flesh. Not accepting anything from the forbidden ground. Absolutely no room for discussion. "And as we turn our back from lust, we will discover that true pleasure is something only God can give."
Praise the Lord, for all things are made possible with Him.
