Sometimes, I am amazed at how simple words can make a profound piece of work. Reading St Augustine's confessions sets me thinking. It helps me to appreciate the things which did not think about often.
1. To seek God or to call upon Him first? To know Him or to call upon Him? To call upon Him or to praise Him?
2. If God is omnipotent, can anything contain Him? But if he created all things, can he not create them to contain Him(i.e. our hearts)? Then again, if he is omnipresent, can he even be contained?
Great is the "one God, the Father, from whom all things came and for whom we live; Great is the "one Lord, Jesus Christ, through whom all things came and through whom we live."
